If you’re at the beginning stages of wedding planning it can be hard to know where to start!I often see couples at wedding venue open houses just starting to look at venues and feeling very unsure about which vendors to focus on first so I made this little handout. If you have more than 12 months don’t feel like you need to wait until the month indicated, it’s often advantageous to book earlier.
While 2024 was considered a slow one for the wedding industry, many industry veterans are predicting a busy 2025 and beyond. If you have a specific vendor you’ve been dying to work with, it never hurts to reach out early!!!
This is just a quick snapshot of some of the more common vendors. You may be considering hiring a musician or band for instance. I always suggest considering a wedding planner. While it’s an initial investment, your planner can help you get the most bang for you buck within your budget and relieve a lot of the stress involved with wedding planning. Definitely worth considering!
